KAYLA (she/her) is a mystic artist and embodied creatress. She is a movement educator, energy healer, and spiritual mentor. She has a sensational ability to read, empathize, give language to and therefore help regulate emotional and behavioral temperature. This unique gift paired with her extensive movement background serves as the foundation of her healing practice. Through countless certifications, thousands of hours working with clients, and nearly two decades of teaching "spiritual fitness" and philosophy, she has had the privilege of witnessing the incredible power of the mind-body connection and its' undeniable ability to shift, clear, and transform. Her interests and talents in dance, styling, tarot, writing, and vocal expression lend to her body of work.
She is a former team captain and NFL cheerleader for The New England Patriots, where she had the opportunity to travel to Super Bowl XLVI and work with many charitable groups, such as The Make-A-Wish® foundation. Kayla is the co-creator of a well known barre method that went on to launch three successful studios spanning a decade of time as well as an innovative barre training, certifying instructors all over the Northeast. The KAY™ Method and Silver Linings Sanctuary, an intimate hybrid in-person healing studio and virtual online community offering movement classes, private sessions, intuitive readings, meditations, workshops, and more was born out of the lessons from that time and the dissolution of those studios. Her heart-centered, sensitive, and trauma-informed approach to business continues to be a guide in today's testing wellness climate. Kayla has had the honor of contributing her own work and words to publications such as THE NUMINOUS. She loves a good Netflix binge, has a deep affinity for street fashion, and will stop traffic for squirrels. Outside of her practice, she is learning how to play piano, never NOT searching for Taylor Swift easter eggs, and working on her plant collection. Her close friends have taught her so much about trusting, loving, and staying courageous. She is married to her favorite person, Max, and lives in South Eastern, MA with her soul dog, Lucy. |
